I tryed to understand what the "price" field means in submission.. Explain it please.

 

As I said, directory can be an auctions site too, (no interventors, no aditional fees), so if you want to sell your parked domain or developed site, you can put a price in that field, then visitors could buy it just contacting with you via email. However, if you just want a link and you don't want to sell anything, put "0" in that field.

Nice idea, I would do a bit of work on the visual aspect of the site though. I would also re-design the listings pages so that people may link directly to the site without having to view the details page. Perhaps you could list them like this:

'site name'______'no. clicks'_______'link to details page'_______'for sale icon (if applicable)'

so that people may see which sites are/aren't up for sale before clicking.

I also think you should consider charging a nominal fee if the idea proves successful, after all you are providing a service to the sellers and I doubt you'll get too many donations.

 

Header should get different color theme besides that looks good. Good luck man!

For now, I'm programing PHP code to disallow fraudulent visits made lots of times by one IP on purpose to get a domain/site in first position (most viewed).

Good start, keep working on it... here's some ideas:

1. add google adsense ads... google loves this

2. Page rank...
critical to work on this and get this up to at least a 5 as quick as possible

3. Look and Feed / Content
needs more work... try and have a look at some other domain sales sites (like sedo.com).. key to these sorts of sites is to keep the look and feel as clean as possible

there may be some sites that allow you to advertise their domains for sale on your site (affiliate programs maybe?), this will lift the number of listings you have on your site, giving it a bit more bulk for web users who will return if the amount of listings is high enough

4. other features - keep adding and improving features, eg. simple things such as GPR for a domain, backlinks for domain, alexa rank etc. give the potential purchaser more info about a domain/site
