Does anyone know blogs that do not have "nofollow" or "external nofollow" attribute in comments? Especially .edu blogs?

I'm sure there's a list out there, but I'm sure the list is shrinking daily

The no follow attribute instructs "some" search engines not to follow the link thus preventing any SEO benefit you'd normally get from the link.
