Moneybookers Question

o k So I signed up at moneybookers because it would be cool if I could pay this way as well to people that can't accept paypal and others

BUT

My question is no matter what credit card I try to use it gives me the same dam message " we can't use this please try another"

I have tried Visa and Mastercard...both no go

I have also confirmed my address as well, and I am a verified member

Whats the deal?

 

No big deal. Verifying Visa/Mastercard (CC) helps you to load and withdraw funds to your MB account. But you can just simply put your bank account and you are fine.

 

Yea....bank account takes 3 - 5 days it says to up load money

My question was why won't they let me use my CC?

 

Maybe they didn't like your credit cards. I even tried to add VCC and added it successfully. I guess you should contact them.

What kind of vcc do you have?

I had a VISA VCC (Normally most of VCCs are VISA). And it worked just fine. I didn't try to upload funds but it's added in my money bookers account. There are lots of people selling VCC on DP you should try one maybe.

 

I had the same problem - couldn't add a credit card to MoneyBookers. Tried 3 different cards that I know to be good - no good on any of them.

 

MB should fixed this bugs in their system. I heard same problems over and over again about CC problems in MB. I signed up an account for them but haven't tried adding CC because of this issue. If anyone have used their regular credit card or VCC to verify their account let us know what CC did you use. Thanks!

 

Does MB not like USA credit cards? I want to buy something from a guy in China, he has MB but not paypal. So fine, I open an account at MB, but when I tried to upload funds with my CC I kept getting "Deposit Verification Failed," then it locked me out for 24 hours, then I tried 2 other working CCs, same result.

I looked for an email help link but could not find one, the Contact and Messaging Centre links don't seem to lead to any email address.

What's with these guys?

Not only USA credit cards but I think in general there is a bug in their system thats why they can't accept credit card in verifying account though. Just my 2cents

 

And no way to contact these guys, other than an international phone call? No email?

 

I think calling them is the simplest and easiest way. Isn't that so?

 

My Croatian Visa Electron card is just fine for MB, didn't have any problems at all... I have contacted via e-mail and had rather quick response... Sorry to see you had problems with them...

 

If I need to withdraw, do I have to verify my bank before doing so?

Yes, you'll need to verify your bank account. They will send you amount under $15 and a reference code in your Swift Transfer. You'll then provide them with the reference code. Once you do this, your bank account will be verified and after that, it's pretty easy to get money

 

I remember that they require to wire money into my account to get verified?
