New Reality Show site , pr3

    Hello ,

    i have a reality show site, Possible sale if i like the price ,The premiere in the US on Wednesday, Jan. 10 (TODAY ! )

    The page rank of the site is : PR3 (BASED ON LAST UPDATE)

    The Site is new , so based on 15 days it got a 10$ from adsense , I already can see a lot of back links from people (some are pr6 & p5 ).

    Stats :

    In December (20 -> 31 it got 878 unique users)
    In January ( 1 -> 9 it got 782 unique users)

    The Banner is made by me .

    The Contents for the most are from Wikipedia with editing ( i edited them to avoid duplication)

    22 pages are cached by google .

    Also it's ranked # 1 on some keywords better than the official site (Results 1 - 10 of about 1,520,000)

    The domain is on Godaddy , so free push to godaddy users .

    It's based on a wordpress site that i edited .

    Reason for selling : I just started University again , and i took 5 courses ... for those who know what this mean ... u will understand that i dont have any time to develop .

    - The domain is a .com
    - The sale include everything (banner , domain , etc ..)
    - I didnt pay for any traffic all traffic are by S.E
    - Only paid for Directories submissions

    I would like to see screen shots of traffic, unique visitors along with referrals.

    If there is any income provide screen shots of that as well.

    Oh and the URL would be helpful to.....
