Selling 2 PR6 Domains

I'm selling two complete sites (content and domain included).

• BOINC Ecuador
• Pagerank: 6
• Registered: 13/04/2005
• Unique visitors (dec/06): 309

• SETI Argentina
• Pagerank: 6
• Registered: 03/06/2004
• Unique visitors (dec/06): 2520

I posted the URL's so interested people can check any details for themselves, but here's some additional information:

• None of them have any kind of promotion.
• I'm selling links from both sites for 5 months approx, never had more than 6 slots.
• Both are running Drupal 4.7.5 with several modules installed.
• SETI Argentina has 843 users registrated. 3 or 4 people register for themselves everyday.
• Both were always owned by me and never expired.
• Adsense has been installed a couple of days ago, though the way they are placed and the traffic they have... it's not generating much.

Any other detail you can't get for youself let me know

 

Just as a suggestion to you, it's probably not a good idea to sell domains strictly based on their PR during an update, it's going to flux a lot.

Would you be opposed to selling to someone who was not going to use the domains as they are now? For totally new sites?

 

Phynder, as a general rule, if you buy a site, you can do whatever you want to it, unless you had agreed on something with the seller during the negotiations. That said, I think you'd want to be careful messing with a PR6 domain's content, or you could see the PR drop quickly.

This is a screenshot of boinc-ecuador's earning of this month. Other links are sold for the same price to individual people. I don't know how I could prove more, but you can easily see the average price for PR6 websites.

Both sites are hosted in this type of plan (DK100). Both plans are payed till the end of this month, though you need only $3.25 to maintain them.
