Help In installing phpBB

    I wanted to start a support/discussion forum for my members of a blog. But my problem is i dont know how to install forum softwares like phpbb, smf etc. My plan was to try phpBB but after reading some topics on DP, i am ok to go with any one of the two Smf or Phpbb. It would be a great help if somebody could help me installing smf/phpbb.
