    I may sell my site....
    Programming site.
    Number 1 in google for almost 3 years, solid PR and ranking.
    Around 5K unqiues per day.
    It's a PR7 (has been for 1 year, was PR8 for over 1 year before this)

    Last year it made over $30K
    The years before over $60K/year (when I sold links on it)

    If you sell links, this is a gold mine.

    No maintenance is required... perhaps a few hours per week checking the forums (the forums are only as mall part of the site, everything else runs itself).


    I'm looking for offers over $35K

    Why am I selling? simple, the tax man is on my back big time, and its either sell my online property or my physical property :( If I find a way out, I would never sell this site.
