Now many others have found me or I found them through research to verify that this is awful person. I have no website ... no refund.. only lies on IM...now 2 weeks waiting for refund or site in name. While waiting for transfer of or reply from Tim I have been contacted from a man that placed 2nd to me on the ebay auction last month and was told with proof that within 24 hours after I won he sent a 2nd chance offer to him. Took his money and mine. Took $1000.00 down from me and the whole $10,500 from other man scammed. I spoke to Tim day of ebay auction to verify some questions. I won and called with payment datails then no reply again EVER.. Although he was always here at DP...There are multiple customers that have been scammed and search for him for months. PROOF WILL BE SHOWN HERE FOR FELLOW DP MEMBERS TO SEE AND PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED..proof of revenue is not correct.. At this point i've contacted ebay and made sure i've got my guns loaded for this issue. Either he pays me the $9,600 easily viewable by the public here, or he accepts the refund of the $1,000 deposit (which I shouldn't even do).

He even tried to convince me to refund him money for his time spent in dealing with this transaction... saying he makes $500 a day but refusing to provide proof. *sniff sniff* I smell a scam.

I don't have an opinion on the dispute, but I *am* aware that the ORIGINAL owner of the name "Xcessive Performance" in Oregon is greatly displeased with this matter and has secured counsel to prohibit further use of the name.

Xcessive is one of my sponsors (for my show car).

 

That guy has no legal legs to stand on, sorry. The name was registered in Oregon state, and not in the federal system, therefore the Boston registration is seperate and can be used. Someone forgot to cover their asses in Oregon...

Luckly I'm far beyond picking up sponsors for my show cars, I hate dealing with contracts that dictate my schedule...

Then again, I'm typically either hosting the event, co-hosting it, or attending it anyway (since thet's part of the nature of my biz), so it's not as big a stretch.
