How to make the colors of your ads rotate automatically

I just found out there is an easy way to make the colors of ads change automatically each time they are loaded on a page. That means the color palette will change every time the page with the ad is refreshed, or when going to a different page with same ad unit. This can be useful if you want people to notice your ads and become less ad-blind.

You can make the ads display up to 4 different color schemes for each time they are loaded the following way:

In your current adsense code in your webpage, find the color settings for the ad unit, which looks something like this:
Those numbers and letters are the color-codes, to find out the color-code of spesific colors just go to the adsense setup where you normally chose your ad layout and colors, and the codes will be shown there when you pick a color. Then just create the ad unit to look the way you want when it comes to the colors, but instead of proceeding to get the adsense code like you normally would, just copy the color-codes and add them in the appropriate places in the adsense code you allready have in your webpage (for border, background, link etc). Include bracelets and commas when adding new colors, so it will look like this when changed from the above code to the new:
Of course the codes in this example will be different for you, depending on what colors you chose. As you see, the example here now has 4 different colors that will be displayed for each part of the ad unit.

If you are making a completely new ad unit where you want this color-rotation feature implemented, you can also follow these 4 easy steps to do that:
    * Log in to your account at https://www.google.com/adsense
    * Click 'Ad layout code' under the 'Ad Settings' tab
    * Select up to 4 color palettes by holding down the Ctrl key
    * Choose the appropriate ad layout
    * Copy-and-paste the AdSense ad code into your web pages

Thats all there is to it, nice and simple :)

This isn't against googles TOS at all

Infact if you create some palettes and save them. Then when you create a new ad block at the bottom of the 'palettes' list you'll see 'Use Multiple Palettes'.
Then select the palettes you want to use (hold down the Ctrl key to select upto 4)

    Nothing new really.
