I think you must be in trouble even if you put visible line between tht..i believe image not even close to ads might help to survive from Termination??:)

I am not sure if 5 times more ~.10 is good per click even..:p

Either someone lied to you, or you're trying to get rid of the competition :)

i doubt ypn terminates for putting images next to ads. unless you are a repeat offender. they will send you a notice to remove or suspend your account. if you are a repeat offender, then they might terminate you for this.

That is why they are still in beta. It is not a Joke.
That is a known issue and they are working on it.

They are the best for lots of people out there. Who got the Bone from Google. And you know they work as a damper for Google to go and ban every account that made over $80 or $90.

Yhoooooooo is a much better than google as a company.

They don't act like BIG BROTHER

    Thanks

Ok...so I too was banned from Adsense and I am unable to get a YPN account (denied every time). I have a huge list of sports and arcade related sites that generate a TON of clicks each month. I currently am using AdPeeps to cross promote and sell a few links here and there, but I am not making the kind of revenue I know I could be making with these sites. The other issue is that not having Adsense or YPN has hurt my website sales...each time I try and sell a site I own I can not sell it for as much because I can not show how well it did on ypn or adsense. I am in a bad situation and am wondering how to get out of it. I have search for a YPN account since I have been denied...but buying them is expensive and since it is against their TOS I could pay for one and then end up losing it anyway, because I purchased it.

I know about adbrite and of course, clicksor...but are there any other good programs similar to these that pay well...and of course, will pay you when you earn with them. Some of you talked about backup options...I am curious as to what options you have and how good they are.

I totally agree. I would suggest sticking with one advertisement medium and using that as much as possible.

Google banned me because I had put their ads on a site which allowed users to upload pictures ect...and some adult images were uploaded. I received a email from google saying that my account had been terminated for violation of the TOS agreement.

Can I sign up under my wife's name and account information (we have multiple financial options and accounts)...or will it not allow me since we have the same mailing address? I know it has been asked many times but any tricks to getting a ypn account? Funny thing is I have helped several clients integrate YPN ads on their sites and maximize their revenue (PS...you can have their ads by images as long as their is a line seperating the image and the ads...this is straight from YPN support as I had a client that had to do this to comply). Funny thing is, I can't seem to get approved by them...I wait for like a month or so before hearing back from them...then get a generic message saying that I was not accepted at this time....blah blah blah.

Anyway...could I open a new google account or what other good options are there for me at this point? Any advice?

The sad part is YPN fails to distribute the proper ads. Their algo for ads based on pages is really really in need of some fine tuning.

As for everyone with arcade style sites, be very weary, because it's those types of sites that seem to be targeted and terminated most.

yeah thats quite common, adsense has been banning quite a lot for adult content, not even pictures, if you have multiple adult words they can trigger the ban filters as well.

You can difinetely sign up under your wife's account, but i'd recommend you use another address.
    - Go to your local post office, get a post box there, so that you can receive your adsense checks/letters to another address. Here i pay ~$40/year for it, so not a big investment ;)
    - then signup your wife for adsense
    - and of course be sure to clean the sites or don't put ads on the sites that caused your ban unless you'll be banned again - even if you cleaned them from adult content.
    - and don't login to the account with the same ip. Better use another computer.
you really wouldn't want adsense to find any connection between the two accounts. But if you do all as above you shouldn't have any problems :)
