The answer is, no, it's not legal since this the terms and conditions he agreed to include:
    https://publisher.yahoo.com/legal/tnc.php

Does YPN know? Probably not, since YPN would almost certainly terminate his account if they did (unless the account is actually in the name of someone 18+). In the US you have to be 18 to sign a legally binding contract.

I agree. Every individual, at least US citizen, has the right to the pursuit of happiness, and equal oppurtunity (according the our Constitution). If YPN is his ticket out to financial debt, let him be. If he's smart enough to have a successful website that is generating great income, let him be. It is none of your business and I think everyone has an equal oppurtunity on the internet to make money.

Most importantly, YPN verifies individuals before they accept so at least they know that he is a real person. It isn't like he is a minor trying to lie to get money. It would be totally different if the minor was fraudulent, but this isn't the case.

Good day. And I do agree with the quoted post..

Who say Arctic Pro isn't fraudulent? If he lied about his age to Yahoo he is.
He runs sites possibly violating Yahoo TOS .
This is costing Yahoo advertisers lots of money, so he is hurting people!!

This is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen posted. Its causing Yahoo advertisers so he's hurting them??? Even if he is under 18 that isn't true at all...He is still probably sending regular traffic that anyone over 18 would sent...btw I'm 22...Just so someone doesn't htink I'm a minor and thats why I said something.

If the owner of sites below is under 18 he violates Yahoo Publisher TOS.

    SmackArcade.com
    Myspacezero.com

Yahoo Ads next to images is a TOS violation.

Surf click traffic to these sites also is questionable. :)

Search posts on DP for arcticpro.
Notice how articpro criticized DP members for violating YAHOO TOS.

Maybe he shouldn't have been so critical?

Mr annonymous, meet karma. I doubt you've seen her fury yet or you would leave people the hell alone. When your entire business blows up in your face and you are sitting there going "WTF just happened?" remember this thread.
