how to get back links from google

    if i do link:ayhu.com

    in yahoo I get lot of back links

    but in googel I don't get any

    how to get back links in google.

    what am I missing?

    you're mising google update ;)

    google only shows a smal number of links and it updates seldom, like the pagerank, so use yahoo and msn instead

    You're missing patience :)

    Google update backlinks only few times per year and show only a selection of them.

    msn update the links very quickly but google update it 3-4 time in year and I also donot show all links thats why it is not showing any link.

    Most probably Google has already indexed all the possible backlinks to your site. The only thing here is that Google does not show all the backlinks via the link: operator. You may want to refer to our DP Google FAQ for more details.

    lol, in this game, Patience is the key to success, Sometimes you even need 1 month and some time 1 year to get backlink update for your site :D

    BE patient, i am also waiting for a backlink update :)

    You gotta push that enter button harder.

    So that way google knows to give u all ur links.

    if that doesn't work, then try yahoo.
