So, you just get a new job promoting a kitchen blender on the web. How can you promote it, get some good advertising on the web? What would you do?

Reason i ask is because I came across a website that does what I think is an amazing job.

    http://www.willitblend.com

I thought it was a really good idea... Would ever have thought of something like that myself. Thumbs up to whoever thought of it. :D

Not only genius these people have really made use of the viral marketing campaign of a blender into really getting the word out there! This just shows you how viral marketing can improve you, provided you do it the right way!

I love this. After the blending, it just shows that the end result of all consumer products are clumps of dust and dirt.

if you could find a way to apply this to something more sellable then it would be a guaranteed success.

It's good for another reason, it also shows how strong the product is and what it can handle.

This just goes to show that video marketing really does work. As for 2007 i think that allot more companies are going to be taking this approach to promoting their products.

Quote taken from my seo blog

"The use of video will become a standard component of online communication. Advertisements, long-distance conferencing and public relations in general will be affected. The advancement of video online will set the stage for a major realignment in the traditional entertainment industry".

I am already offering this service to my clients.

In case you missed it, they eBay'ed the "blended" iPod for charity. The videos are hilarious - content is king!
