Porn link in signature

Hi,

While browsing i clicked on a link "FreeBie GiveAway" in the signature area of member ajeetroy. The link was forwarded to a porn site. Isn't this illegal to put hidden links in signature, specially so to divert someone to a porn site.

Should'nt "ajeetroy" recieve an infraction for this.

When you mouse over this link, it shows [nourl]http://FreeBiexxxxxxxx.blogspot.com[/nourl] but when clicked it transports the user to another porn site. I m not putting the url here (to promote it unwittingly).

Please do something mods.

I jsut checked, it isn't going to any porn site ATM.

It goes to some parking page.

 

It also redirects me to a porn site. I think this must be investigated.

When I clicked on the "FreeBie GiveAway" link in his sig, I am being redirected to www (dot) taxfreeporn.com/foradults/I also clicked the link that you posted and I was also redirected to the same site.

 

Thats really strange, I am not redirected anywhere. Maybe its some GEO targeted re-direction.

 

Well, I can't think of any other reason but that. The link really redirects me to a porn site. I don't know why. I google using the keywords "freebiegiveaway blogspot" and the links also redirect me to the same porn site.

 

here's an update guys, I tried to type minisearch.info in my address bar. Just that url and poof!!! Same porn site as the DP member's sig.

 

This is some geo-targeted re-direction.

Since, both of us are in India.

 

Porn sites should not be allowed! I do not any any porn site there.

 

I dought he new that. Don't just give the infractions.

If it is found that he knew what he is doing he can be banned.

But if he got hacked, give him the option to correct.

I think that is better.

Other question, is that his own site or did he sell his signature to some other DP memver?

I got a blog page when i clicked "Freebie Giveaways" (Certianly not a porn site)

 

Freebiesxxxxxxxxx.blogspot.com redirects to [nourl]http://minisearch.info/search.php?q=babiesrus[/nourl] which then redirects to porn site link mentioned by jdr!pper.

It's not geo-targeted. I am also from india and i made this is post based on facts.

Maybe the response time set in your browsers are different. Try with a different browser if you have.

Its really disgusting even if the link is a sold one. The member is responsible for whatever he has in his signature. If he is doing it intentionally then this is double crime. Taking money to post porn links.

Till now i have not reported this to the concerned member. I thought mods will do the talking.

I am still getting redirected to the site.

When i google for his blogpot address I get two results. one being his blog address. still, on clicking it i get redirected to the porn site http://taxfreexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx........

On clicking the "cached" link for the blog address, this is what comes up link

There is a setting in blogger through which this kind of redirection can be done.

I am 100% sure this is intentional.

if you go to the other link which is digg related, you will find that his comment is pure spam trying to get more people to his link

if you need to find him simply ctrl+f for "Ajeet"

Now it is redirecting on the same browser. Its really strage!!!

 

He's going on vacation soon. Let's wait for mods to check this thread.

Beleive me, I havent done anything wrong. I guess someone hacked my blog and now is redirecting it to different website.

How is this possible? I am sorry I never meant to put a porn site in my link. I have removed all my signature links for now.

Please guys help me find out how it was done?

Where was your blog hosted in the first place. I thought it was hosted on blogspot. If someone wants to hack your blog, they will first need to hack blogspot :S
