    thats what i estimate. this is only retail value. you can specify what you think. i am looking for best offer. if you are interested let me know. the retail value specs are MY estimates. however the domain and hosting values are exact figures of what I paid. it looks like i am going to lose money on this sale. i am looking to use the sale of the site to promote other websites.

    Godaddy domain renewal for 3 years is $21
    Hosting for years is $150
    236 backlinks isnt a lot so I would say $60 MAX
    PR3: Not $50

    Total = $231-281.

    Unless there is traffic from search engines or the bl's the backlinks are almost worthless. Is there any revenue?

    the point of the sale is that it is fully operational and it has some visibility. the costs to get this site live are well above what i am looking for in terms of sale price. I am going to take a big loss on this. however, my plans and the sale rev will be geared toward a different venture.

    Sorry for interupting, but I don't care for register.com, they're overpriced and overrated, you can get a better price and better service at namecheap (my favorite registrar), with more features including advanced DNS, nameservers and more. And with a coupon code I know I know how to get them for only $7.99 so why pay $35 a year at register.com, when you get better service, and more features at namecheap, why? Why would you pay $538 in hosting for a year, man some people are making way too much money from you.

    This appears to have some issues with content taken from several different sites and pasted together.

    Copyscape shows most articles are sourced from several sites. It would be nice if you fully disclose these issues to potential buyers.

    As an SEO don't you use original content on your sites?
