Making for Site Maps to Google

How can we make the site maps to the google?
What are the advantages and the disadvantages of making it?

 

1) Use a XML sitemap creator (other people here will probably pitch in with more suggestions)

2) Help Google discover and refresh/index your pages when you have made changes.

i use http://www.xml-sitemaps.com every time i need to create a sitemap for my site

 

ye i use that too mani, it works well for me

 

if you're running any sort of CMS there's most likely a plugin you can use to automatically generate the sitemap
