    Do you want to block certain ads from your pages?
    You can block urls if you log in to adsense.

    You can use the competitive ad filters.

    However you must keep in mind that Google takes some time before it can match ads with new content.

    Also if you keep blocking sites just because the ads are irrelevant, you may end up blocking the higher paying ads.

    adsblacklist site is good for banning junk sites like topsites that pay 0.01 per click..

    Yeah, you can prevent some sites from appearing in adsense ads on your sites using competitive ads filter in Adsense CP.

    How long have the ads been up? Sometimes it can take a while for relevant ads to show up.
