Website builders: what makes you trust a service enough to submit a real project?

I’m building BrandForge, and I want feedback from people who understand websites beyond visual polish.

The product lets someone describe a project in a chat, get a plan, discuss scope and price with a human lead, and move into funded milestones once the proposal is agreed. We also have live project examples you can inspect.

    Website: https://brandforge.gg/

    Work portfolio: https://brandforge.gg/work

I’m not asking whether the site “looks nice.” I want to know whether it makes the next step obvious and gives a potential customer enough confidence to take it.

If you review it, please tell me:

    1. In the first 10 seconds, what do you think BrandForge actually does?

    2. Who do you think it is for?

    3. What makes you hesitate to submit a project?

    4. What information would you need before trusting us with a website or app build?

    5. Which section would you remove, rewrite or move?
Founder disclosure: this is my own product. Specific conversion feedback is much more useful than general praise.

I trust a website builder when it offers transparent pricing, real customer reviews, a strong portfolio, and reliable support. Security is also essential, especially when sharing project details or business information. Clear terms, examples of completed projects, and the ability to test the platform before committing make me more confident about submitting a real project.

Opened it fresh. First 10 seconds it reads more like an AI plan generator than a team that builds stuff for you. Case studies are very mixed too, a Solana fork next to beef photos for Instagram, so I cant tell who the customer is. I would pick one or two niches and lead with those. Also the from 300 euro price and the escrow step are your strongest trust points, I would move them way up instead of leaving them in the how it works part.
