We're a small analytics-ish product team (~8 people). We instrumented the usual suspects last year and the event volume is fine — the problem is deciding which dashboards actually change weekly decisions. Curious what other small teams are using for: 1) a single "source of truth" for activation / retention 2) something lightweight enough that founders still open it Not looking for a sales call — if you've got a stack that worked (or one that didn't), a short note would help a lot. Honestly keep it simple. Pick one activation event and one weekly retention number and put both on a single page, thats the source of truth. Anything nobody opened in the last 30 days, just delete it. For a team your size PostHog or even GA4 explorations are enough, no need for a big stack. The part people skip is writing the event definitions in a shared doc, otherwise in 3 months nobody agrees what "active" means.
