Does using AI improve your work?

Hey, I am sure some of you who’ve been around here over the past decade may recognize me (I am known as Joshie/JoshiesWorld). I am still around (registered here in 2007!) and doing well. I hope you’re all doing well, too!

Now, on to the subject: does using AI improve your work? If so, how? Whether it’s building or designing a website, writing an article or blog post, or producing media like videos and images, I’ve noticed that AI has drastically improved my work, to the point where I bring in 2x or even 3x more readers/viewers than usual (I am a blogger and a journalist). However, even though they help, they don’t have my personality; it’s like they decide what my personality is, and I don’t like that.

Other than that, I avoid using them when writing an article to keep my personality intact, but they are very helpful for my SEO work.

I use AI only for SEO and maybe a few image generations if I am in a rush. They are also great at advising and give me plenty of information I may need. But when it comes to writing an article or a review article, I try to avoid them because I prefer to show my personality rather than sound like a robot.

What about you? Does AI help you in your field? How do you use it, and for what purposes?

Lastly, which AI do you think suits you best? I am subscribed to ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini. I’ve got Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, so I use their AI, Firefly. I used to use Perplexity, but I stopped. It’s great for research or gathering information.

Oh, if you know of any AI that is great at voiceover for different types of articles, please let me know, as I am looking for AI that can voice over all future articles and review articles.

Until next time, stay safe, and happy holidays!

    Joshie.
