I’d like to get some unbiased feedback on this website: https://www.axislogisticservices.com/ The company provides several logistics-related services, including custom crating, packing and shipping, furniture receiving/delivery/assembly, white-glove delivery, freight forwarding and international shipping. My main question is: If you were reviewing this website from an SEO and user-experience perspective, what would you improve first to help it attract more relevant visitors and generate more enquiries? I’m particularly interested in feedback on: Is it immediately clear what the company does and who its ideal customers are? Are the different services organized clearly enough for both users and search engines? Do the service pages provide enough useful information to compete in search? Are there SEO/content gaps that could be limiting organic visibility? Does the website build enough trust for someone looking for a logistics or shipping company? Is the navigation and overall structure easy to understand? Are there any obvious technical, on-page SEO, content or UX issues you would prioritize? I’m not looking for a generic SEO checklist. I’d appreciate specific observations about the website itself and what you would change if you were responsible for improving its organic traffic and enquiries.
I'd start with the quote form. You offer furniture receiving and assembly, but the form asks everyone for a shipping origin and destination. A service choice first would help, then you could show the fields that fit. Also, further down the page you mention an instant quote calculator. The form looks like an enquiry rather than a calculator. If someone reviews it manually, I'd make that clear and say when they can expect a reply.
