A few domains ... I want to lock and cheap

It's been a long time since I've used this forum (tens of years)

But I've just created a CMS, I'm at the point where I am about deploy live and start to market it

For my old sites, I use to use a domain name registrar that I think Shawn also used (creator of digital point), at least I think so, but I have no idea what that was anymore (It had a nice UI for locking site domain names, but a terrible ui for auth)... anyway

So this is a split question, sorry if that breaks any forum rules

I have about 10 domain names (but that might increase to 20 - 40), I've not just created the CMS to resell, but it's for building lots of sites

    Domain Registrar:
    i) in 2026, who are cheap (not the initial cost, but the renewal fees concern me, most seem to go up to £14 to £17 a year, surely that cost can be brought down)

    Cheap UK/US Host:
ii) And who are good starting hosts? I need a shared host (separate to the domain name registrar), since I might want to easily change and don't want to be tied to a host. I will be starting with 3 sites, one for reselling the software, 2 for real usages of the CMS -- basic requirements:
    MySQL,
PHP 8.3+ (it is built with vue 3 and Slim PHP and a lot of custom PHP)
    mod_rewrite
    cPanel
(probably ssh access, but might be able to survive without)

I am aiming for cheep, no thrills, we are likely to have a handful of users, but as it grows (if it grows) then easy to upgrade server?

3 sites, low traffic (and I think a basic setup from above, so cheap), I'm uk based, host can be US or UK based (since those 2 markets are the ones I will be aiming for, I want to aim for UK, but depends if US is much cheaper).

I have used fasthosts uk before, but I think I can do better for speed and price (sorry fasthosts)
