Would you renew a domain with no traffic or offers?

    Some domains get no offers, no traffic, and never turn into a project. Still, they sometimes get renewed again.

    For webmasters or SEO people, what makes a domain worth keeping?

    Keyword potential, niche value, clean history, backlinks, or future project ideas?

    I use the dot XYZ domain at USD 1 (one) per year for the testing purposes.
