If your target market is people living in Turkey then keep it in Turkish. If your target market is wealthy foreigners looking to buy turkish property then change to the language the majority of them use (it might be German?) You want to reduce the "friction" that might put people off using your site, or returning to your site. Learn more about your existing userbase, and your preferred userbase.
