Computer gaming niche

    Hi!
I would like to acquire backlinks for https://gg.deals/

    What is the problem?

The lack of understanding. When I ask for sites in the gaming niche or at least sites about computers, I always get everything BUT what I asked for. Or even worse gambling and casino sites are suggested. So is it a problem with the lack of understanding or underestimating or what?

    Thanks!

One approach that has worked for me in a similar situation is reaching out to gaming blogs, streamers, or content creators directly. They often have a highly engaged audience that fits your niche. You could offer guest posts, collaborations, or even link swaps if it fits naturally into their content.

Also, consider tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to analyze your competitors' backlinks. These tools can help you identify sites that are already linking to similar gaming-related platforms, which might make them more receptive to working with you. Good luck!

Often it’s not about misunderstanding, but about templated outreach: people just send the same message to everyone. For gg.deals it makes much more sense to target gaming blogs, deal websites, Reddit/forum roundups, and deal aggregators — not casino sites. Fewer links, but highly relevant ones, work better

Agreed, this is one of the most solid approaches Especially streamers and small gaming blogs — they often have better relevance and real engagement, not just a “link for the sake of it.” Ahrefs/SEMrush are also a must-have, but I’d add manual research and personalized outreach — it usually works better than mass emailing.
