    I’m looking for guidance and best practices around ServiceNow development, specifically in the areas of Business Rules, Script Includes, and Integrations.

    I’m currently working on customizing workflows and improving system performance, and I want to make sure I’m following recommended design patterns rather than relying on quick fixes. A few areas where I could use some insight:

    • Business Rules:
      • When should logic be moved out of Business Rules into Script Includes?

      • Best practices for choosing Before, After, or Async Business Rules

      • Tips for avoiding performance issues and unnecessary triggers
    • Script Includes:
      • How to structure reusable and maintainable Script Includes

      • Differences between client-callable and server-side Script Includes

      • Naming conventions and scope considerations
    • Integrations:

    You're probably better off asking at https://www.servicenow.com/community/ or do they not have enough users? Sometimes new services struggle to support early adopters. Or maybe ServiceNow is just rubbish?
