Are you all getting calls from Google to help you manage your ads accounts? I really appreciate the offer, but FFS the guys they're hiring are appalling. They bully you into doing things, they don't understand their own system, they don't listen. One day I got "cold called" by 3 different guys - I set up a meeting with the first and when he called he thought I was from a company in a completely different COUNTRY! Today I just got called and the guy wouldn't tell me what email address he had for me, but gave me my company website and guess what?! It wasn't my website. During the call he argued that a setting meant "this" when the help text for the setting said "that" and wouldn't listen to my concerns, just tried to talk over me. We're stuck advertising with Google, obviously, but they need to revisit their recruitment process so they get better "expert consultants".
