Buying Gaming or American Football Site

    I am interested in purchasing a Gaming or an American Football website.

    I have a $XXX budget.

    The site must be making money monthly from the site itself and not google adsense or affiliate programs.

    Site must be PR3 or better.

    Needs to be getting a reasonable amount of traffic.

    Must be able to provide traffic stats and proof of income.

    I know these are very specific requests and my budget may not allow for much here but I thought it was worth throwing out there.
