    Hello,

I have a eCommerce site running on WordPress.
Site load time is high. When I test on Google Page Speed and rating is good but website does not load properly in the preview. Can anyone suggest steps to improve load speed and proper preview on Google page speed and GTMatrix.
    Site Link

    TIA

For me, it loaded this (see below) and then it kept on working without showing further progress.

Generally these are the steps you can take to optimize a WP site:

    - Disable Unnecessary Plugins
    - Optimize Code
    - Optimize Images
    - Use a Caching Plugin
    - Choose a Fast Hosting Provider

The theme is gone so I guess you're working on that - but it's probably your culprit. In the meantime you have some missing files

If your WordPress site shows good PageSpeed scores but loads poorly in preview, it usually means render-blocking scripts, unoptimized images, or server response issues. Use a lightweight theme, enable caching (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache), and implement a CDN. Also, optimize images with WebP, minify CSS/JS, and ensure your hosting server provides fast TTFB for smoother previews on PageSpeed and GTmetrix.
