Problem linking paypal!

    When I click the create link button it just says

    Digital Point - Error
    You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

    WTF? and how to fix?

    honestly i think it should be listed somewhere i looked everywhere for the requirements but i stumbled upon this thread by mistake!
