The main difference between SEO On Page and SEO Off Page is where you make the improvements to rank your site in Google.

SEO On Page refers to everything you can optimize within your own website:

    The content (texts, keywords)

    Titles and descriptions

    URL structure

    Loading speed

Correct use of tags (H1, H2, etc.)

    Optimized images

Off Page SEO is everything that happens outside your website, and that helps to improve your reputation and authority:

Links that other pages make to yours (backlinks).

Mentions of your brand on other sites

Participation in social networks and forums

    External reviews

    To sum up:

On Page = what you control on your website

Off Page = what others do or mention about your website.

Both are important to improve your search engine rankings.
