Hello everyone, I’m new to affiliate marketing and I’m currently trying to choose a niche to start with. I understand that finding the right niche is important for long-term success, especially one that has good demand and manageable competition. I’ve done some research, but I still feel unsure about which tools or methods to use to properly analyze and pick a niche. Could anyone guide me on how to approach this step as a beginner? What tools or strategies do you recommend? Thank you in advance for your help! I really appreciate any advice or direction you can offer.
Just go for it. I know it's not was you were especting to hear but the best way to learn/discover where the profit is by trial and error.
Hey, I just saw your post and understand how tricky picking a niche can be at the start. What helped me was focusing on services people use regularly, like tools for ecom or content creation.
Based on our experience of over a decade in the industry (we are an ad network) we suggest starting with evergreen, easy niches like ecom or utilities or even sweepstakes. Pick one, test it, learn from it and move on. And one more tip, it's better in the long term if you choose a niche/product/service that you have used/like/know much about. This aspect will help you put yourself in the shoes of your target audience and ultimately promote it better.
"Thank you for sharing your insights. I truly appreciate the value of starting with evergreen and proven niches like e-commerce, utilities, or sweepstakes. Your suggestion to focus on something I personally know, use, or care about makes perfect sense and will surely help build better connection with the target audience. I’ll definitely take your advice into account as I move forward. Thanks again for your guidance."
