    i simply don't have time to market this site. so i'm selling it:

    1. url: http://www.brokenscript.com
    2. script: http://www.brokenscript.com/download.php
    3. you get exclusive rights to the script - i.e. i transfer the rights to you and you can do anything you want with it - sell, modify, give away, etc.
    4. script is unique/original - i coded it myself
    5. layout is unique/original - i designed it

    6. what you DON'T get: the delivery mechanism + the 'terms of use' page

    7. open to offers - this is an auction (but i may not sell if i don't like the final price)
    8. will decide on bin and closing date if there is interest - i.e. there are good bids
