Tbh im not to fussed about that score - my site is very, very strong PR and index wise. My niche directory has one of the deepest set of PR pages ive seen, PR levels are 3 or 4 even a few levels below the root which i think is rather good and very strong! Most directories have a PR on the index page and possible a much lower PR on the 1st level inner categories. Im obviously doing something right to have been given such deep linking PRs!

 

Well it looks like the page strength gives more weight to backlinks and everything else , and more backlinks = more spider visits to your site, so PS cant be that bad after all.

OFC im fed up of seeing directories spam Wikipedia to get links.. thats lame.

I actually know a way to solve it easy, i emailed the creators of the tool but they didnt respond. All they have to do is pull the wikipedia links from en.wikipedia.org , spam does not get there. The spam links shouldnt count anyway since they are all no follow.

Maybe if more people email the seomoz guys they will change it? Im sure its a quick fix, change wikipedia.org to en.wikipedia.org

Another way would be for onlinedude to add a red note next to the directory on his list... ***Site has spam wiki links*** or something like that

 

let´s out those dudes and get them back somehow

There seems to be some problem with that tool. Though it counts Listings in (ODP) as one of the PS factor, but is not able to find whether a domain is listed in ODP. It shows 0.

 

I am sorry but if you bothered clicking on those links you will see one of my articles has been referenced in en.wikipedia.org , not spam at all. Thanks for the accusation though. And it should only count as 1 wikipedia link, it is not my fault wikipedia itself has about 20 mirrors of the same article, huh?
