Google Adwords help

I work for a company and have through default been dragged into helping out with their Google Adwords account, I only have a very basic understanding of Adwords.

Each of our adverts seem to have some text attached to the bottom of the advert, which makes the advert read very badly. I cannot edit the information in the normal way as it appears in grey, when attempting to edit the advert.

Does anybody know where this info can be edited from?

You can create a new ad omitting that text and once that ad kicks in you can then delete the old ad.

So is there no footer place on google adwords that stores this information?

Why would it be in grey and I would be unable to edit it?

I've edited, you have the Edit option so you can reorder your ad with google adwords.
If the ad's time has passed, it turns gray

The text you're referring to at the bottom of your Google Ads might be coming from automated extensions. Google Ads often adds these to enhance your ad, such as automated callouts, sitelinks, or dynamic structured snippets.

The extra text is likely coming from automated extensions (like dynamic sitelinks or structured snippets) that Google adds automatically. You can check and disable these by going to Ads & Extensions → Automated Extensions in your Google Ads account. If it's an older manual extension, look under Extensions and edit or remove it there. Let me know if you need more help!
