Contest First person to finish correctly wins $20

I need a template in .psd that I can use for recreating my package. First person to get it right get the $20. here are the details below. please label everything in both mm and cm.

Package in MM

Total length of plastic (height): 142mm + 10mm (top) + 10mm (bottom) = 162mm
Total width of plastic: 75mm (front) + 37.5mm (left flap) + 10mm (left heat seal) + 37.5mm (right flap) + 10mm (right heat seal) = 170mm


Package in CM

Total length of plastic (height): 14.2 cm + 1cm (top) + 1cm (bottom) = 16.2cm
Total width of plastic: 7.5cm (front) + 3.75cm (left flap) + 1cm (left heat seal) + 3.75cm (right flap) + 1cm (right heat seal) = 17cm

Here is an example. please make sure that the sizes are true and each measurement is label in mm, and cm.

pehulz add the mm as well as the other sizes and make sure the .psd layer is the correct size and you will win if no one else submit before you.
