    It doesn't look like WordPress.

This is not a WordPress website, but if you want to find out the name of a WordPress theme for a website that is using WordPress, follow these steps:
Right-click on the page and select "View Page Source" from the menu.
On the source page, look for lines of code that include theme information. You can search for keywords like "theme" or "WordPress theme" to locate the relevant details.
Look for a line of code that includes the theme name, version, or theme URL. This information can help you identify the theme being used on the website.

Thanks for confirming. I like the layout of that site and it's Aesthetics but most all I like it's site speed which is why I would like to get whatever theme/platform that's built on.

I do Wordpress web designing myself and can design a somewhat similar layout to suit my specific needs but I have tried many Wordpress themes and at first with the default theme they are fast loading under 1 second. But after adding a lot of content and even webp images the speed then slows down.

So since that's not wordpress, any idea which theme/platform that is please?

It appears to be custom, so it could be pretty much anything. Headless CMS? An inhouse cms from the developer?

Have you created your own themes from scratch? I haven't done much with WP lately but the slow themes I used were all trying to do too much. Create your own that do exactly what is needed and nothing more and see how that goes.

If it's a problem that only arises after there's a significant amount of content then I'd be looking at your MySQL database, indexes, optimising etc.

As others have said, it doesn’t appear to be a WordPress theme.

In the future, I’d recommend using this site: https://www.isitwp.com/

They also have a feature that detects WordPress plugins.
