    Why are you selling this site?
    because I am closing down my PBN since I am selling my income sites

    How is it monetized?
    it is not but I have had the site for years and before that it was used by the original owner so it is an aged domain!

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    no

    How much time does this site take to run?
    almost none unless you want to build it up more - its a Private Blog Network site

    What challenges are there with running this site?
