Serious advise Needed - Critical Situation

Hi to all people in this forum who will even read this post!

I am 42, I have an online busines 10 years in a "poor" country where the most people are looking to buy cheap. -

My competitors are fighting me to the neck, I tried to boost seo with digital agencies but got scammed arround 5 times (lost some money also)

I have lost the ability to advertise through facebook because they banned my account

I am getting negative seo , and competitors are nurturing leads against me every day at a very big amount

The only way to sell is dropping prices , even if the price is low - People are buyng this product only with salesdrop and scarcity

I got a small list of emails about 5000-6000 Customers and no customers

My products have prices from 7 euro to 200 euro

My market is oversaturated

Google ads have gone too high 0,20 per click in search

What i am asking is to get an answer, tip, idea , or what would you do if you where in my position

I started my business with a big dream as most people do
I did not know that people will always look for the cheapest, you know you cant be the cheapest
and you know you cant drop the prices all the time in order to sell - This way you dont make money but you are a slave to the customer and your job

I feel really doomed

I am looking for a right idea - solution

I have got some skills, I am a graphic designer - I am digital printing specialist, I learnt by my self to build a website , do marketing , do google ads etc

But Due to high competition , low organic traffic , lost a lot of customers because of the prices

One of my thinking is to invest the time and effort to learn clickfunnels if this will solve the problem. But i get something like 5-20 leads per day maximum, I dont know if click funnels is enough with this daily number

Any idea could open the door for something. Im really stuck int this and dont want to fail.

For sure if i will grow a lot of my organic traffic this will be a solution bu i cant trust any agency after beeing scammed 5 times

Please dont mind but its a bit surprising ....... You scammed 5 times but lost some money it means you are looking for cheap SEO services also. Have you checked services provider profile, website etc online before choose??? or just pay him because they are giving you Guaranteed SEO for $20 or $50 per month ????

Why Facebook banned your account ??? Are you selling any sensitive products which are reported by people??? or you have not more idea till now and have to learn lots.

First how you determine about negative SEO and if you know that you are getting negative SEO then what you did till now for that ???? Did you worked on negative SEO ??

Does your competitors selling products on cheap price???? If not then why you are droping price ??? Low price mean you can not maintain quality and if customer will not satify then they will not choose you again.

Worst idea ...... If you are building own email list then ok but if you are purchasing list then email marketing is bad idea and may be your email get reported by many people.

If PPC is rate is high mean your products / services are in demand ...... Choose right way to promote your business.

So, there is a lot of money and high demand for your talent. I write for a couple of job boards and I come across endless offers for designers. So here are some tips.

1) Offer your services on billboards and freelance working sites - Upwork, Fivre, Dynamite Jobs, People Per Hour, etc
2) Get a free SEO tool to help you improve your writing skills, or take a few free courses on sites like Linkedin, Indeed, ViastraPen, etc.
3) Use your leads. Start an email newsletter that will highlight your services, plus offer freebies or discounts to clients
4)Participate in designer contests on popular communities such as DP - this forum

Finally, do not be afraid to PM me if you need further info. Be brave and keep your chin up, you can still earn a lot more than you are doing now.

 

Why do you need SEO? You don't have amazon etc in your country? Seems like your entire idea is to sell the products, not to have a brand of your own, so you don't really need to invest too much time/money in the website. Instead, use already existing websites like amazon and sell there. For facebook etc, clean up your cookies, get your IP changed by internet provider, if its already dynamic IP, then simply restart router, use a different browser, and create a new facebook account. Don't over send friend requests and messages, that will get you banned again. Alternatively, use twitter etc advertising. Find out which other websites are popular in your country, certainly some news websites will be popular, advertise with them instead.

People would also be using youtube, advertise there. Put up some videos of your own if its possible.

 

Thanks for the tips, I have print on demand website and i dont use my graphic design skills because in my country there is a "law" that graphic designers dont get paid. My country s culture is to buy the cheapest - And people dont want to pay much

The only way to proceed is to send every day a new offer to a different design in order to get some initial sale from my leads. What do you think about that

The salary in my country is something like 10.000 euros per year so you see the standards here are too bad!

 

I need seo because its the only way to get leads and sales with not too much costs with advertising, In order to live as a human yes i have to sell my products. What do you do with a brand that does not produce income. Ofcurse i want to sell my products. I have tried 1,2 times with facebook and i still cant advertise

There is very big difference facebook and youtube. With facebook there is a powerfull strategy that can generate a lot of sales with too low cost on ads

 

Everything you have explained are reasons not to even begin that venture (cheap customers, over saturated market, high competition). Without you having the basic knowledge, I don't see a way to truly help you.

Being a graphic designer or digital printing is one thing. Online marketing and SEO is another. One can be great at graphic designing but not at marketing or SEO and vice versa.
