Customer Credibility - KYC? Startup looking for advice.

With Amazon's rise, other companies must also offer liberal customer support policies to compete. This comes at a cost and is often abused. Most fraud today happens either through chargebacks or customer support.

We built a tool to generate a track record of a user for customer support. There is no good tool to track and classify abusive returns and repeat offenders. Data seems disjoint and isolated across the entire ecommerce channel.

Armed with this data, companies can determine the risk profile of users and determine whether they want to do business with them. If a customer is deemed abusive at Amazon, they are not allowed to shop there anymore.
