    does anyone have an idea how many posts you can place on facebook page to keep a good engagement, I read stories of maximum 2 and 7 per day? Does anyone have experience with this ?

    Won't that depend on your niche and audience?

    Targetting people in a single country who work? Then post at night
    Targetting kids in a single country? post during the day and evening
    Targetting an international community? post throughout the day
    Targetting people who are highly motivated to read your posts? you can post less frequently because engagement will make the algorithm work in your favour.

    As an example, there are pages I follow and I'm happy to see occasional posts but if you bombard me I'll unlike/unfollow.
    There are other pages where the content is easily digested, little dopamine hits throughout the day, I don't feel bombarded if there are lots of posts.

    There are so many factors, maybe tell us more about your niche, your audience, and the content you post.

    There is exactly nothing harm if you post 10 or more post per day

    Thats Not any issue daily 1 or 2 post is easy to be in touch with your audience and fan.
    Without fanbase creating all is unusefull.

    So Focus on Building true fan base than update daily or weekly 2-5 times..

    As long as you have unique good content to share it shouldn't be a problem you can post upto 9/10. But if its repeat content then its better to limit unless fans are there to engage on those posts.
