    I have a clean cold email list of 15,000,000 consumers in the dating niche. These are consumers - not businesses.

    What would be the best way to monetize it?

    Please walk me through with baby steps! Thank you!

    Is this your own list? If not, you will be sending out unsolicited emails.

    Since you are looking for baby steps walk though, mean you have no idea what to do or how to do. No one can really give you a blueprint on the forum on how to spam a mailing list. Do some research on how to monetize a mailing list and you will learn a lot.

    you going to email this list on your hosting? your hosting provider will probably suspend your site.
    if it is a list you bought it is useless. waste of time and can damage your site, people can report your web site.

    Someone has ripped you off, there's no way that list is clean and you're going to find it really hard to use. Start with small portions and test, test, test. Expect to pay for services like mailgun or mandrill. Expect to pay for designers to ensure your emails look great. Expect to pay for copywriting so that you don't blow the whole thing by writing something dumb. Then expect to pay real lawyers lots of real money as the complaints come in.

    @sarahk has it exactly right. The only person who will make money from this list is the person who sold it to you. You can either accept that fact now or go ahead and spend lots of time and money to learn that later.

    You probably won't be able to send more than a couple of hundred emails. Web hosting companies have strict systems in place to counter spam. If you are on a dedicated server or VPS your server IP will be null routed very quickly.(what is null rout?? look up in google) But before that your Ip will be added in blacklists. So any emails sent from your server won't be delivered to destination mail boxes. If you are on shared plan your web hosting provider will suspend or remove your account probably without any notice.

    Don't monetize it. Generate your own leads instead of trying to send emails to people who didn't consent to receive information from you. Go out and generate your own leads for your sake.

    Everybody missed the fact that this is a list from the dating niche. Who in their right mind uses their main/best email address in online dating? 15mil email addresses that you can flush down the toilet.
