    I usually use the WordPress foundation when building a new website since there are many free plugins and free themes accessible on the WordPress website, as well as numerous tutorials available on youtube in your native language (if you are working in a foreign language).

    There are a lot of site builders that can help you with that, I like joomla, and Wordpress. So, it's not an issue at all, you can build it in a couple of hours
