ok now i have a blog with the name themisscaptain. when I try to SEO analyze it it says that I have multiple H1 headings in the main page. Any suggestions?
The article is 2 years old but it looks like it doesn't matter (we know things can change, but my guess is it will never be an issue): https://www.impactplus.com/blog/multiple-h1-headlines-okay
Are you asking how you can find where those multiple H1 occurrences are? If so, look at the page online and go up to your computer's "File" menu and click "View Source." Then do a search for H1. That will show you the text that your H1's are tied to.
You can check it in Page sources or manually if you don't have too many headings, but you should definitely solve it, as it isn't good to have more than one h1 on the page.
There is just one H1 in every case. You can't have more than one H1, but you can have more than one H2, H3, and H4.
I can only suggest that it is better to use the H1 tag once in the title and after that you have more tags, i.e., H2 to H6 for the website.
I've noticed on occasion that Google uses my H1 rather than my title tag for the SERPs title. Others are seeing this too on their websites. This should be for us a big clue that Google sees the H1 as (similar to the title tag) describing the main topic of the page. I suggest that if you have two or more H1's, you are just adding confusion to the search engines about what precisely that page is primarily about.
