    Splashtop Business Access.
    ConnectWise Control.
    Zoho Assist.
    Zoom.

    But TeamViewer and Zoom are best.

    Zoom is something that is usually being used, but I guess you are already familiar with it, also you have TeamViewer to manage multiple team tasks and Asana for submitting and delivering tasks to the right team members.

    In my opinion, zoom is considered to be one of the most convenient tools for your needs basically. Of course, nowadays its usefulness might be overestimated, but actually I have never met something that would be more convenient. Google meets are also useful, but I got used to use zoom actually.
    I think if it would be a bad tool, then its price on the market and the whole capitalization of this company would never double its pre-corona values. To my mind, the creators worked perfectly when the corona hit the world and they started to optimize this platform. So, you can definitely use it for your needs.

    1- Zoom
    2- Any desk
    3- Team viewer

    all are best. They work perfectly. Highly recommended.
