Contest $50 Logo Contest Guaranteed Winner

Final Feedback (hopefully). Client has stated that he feels we are really close and he hopes the next feedback is to announce the winner.
Direct from the client feedback below:

#28 - good design - however not what we are looking for - like the variation in colour though
#29 - More along the lines of what we are looking for however i am still not liking the use of bold for one line then non bold foremother and again the split in colour is not to my liking
#31/32 - As above
#34 - Strangely, your original version of this design is probably the only logo with straight edges that works so far
#35 - really liking this, much better definition of the letters, however as someone has pointed out it could be mistaken for SS ?
#38 - Liking this much more than your others, however the letter style is just to plain
#44 - Not really working for us thanks
#45 - different ! seems very Japanese in style though with the rising sun and text style. not what we are looking for
#46 - Very similar to another already posted and again the definition in the letters is not clear enough to people who don’t know what the there letters already are.
#47 - Good design, but as previously commented we don’t like the sharp, straight edges, text style seems very basic
#48 - Interesting design, very ‘Fun’ looking doesn’t quite give off the corporate feel we are looking for.
#49 - Too big/Bold not professional looking enough
#50 - As per feedback for #46
#51 - As per latest feedback we are not keen on straight edges and angles looking for more rounded logos
#52 - similar to # 48, very ‘Fun’ looking doesn’t seem corporate enough
#53 - too much of a solid colour in the wording
#54 - New twist on the design, good design just doesn’t grab my attention

As stated above we are very close and I hope to be announcing the winner soon. Please follow the feedback to get the best result.

Thanks for the feedback and liking my design, I just filled the gaps so that O doesn't mistaken to SS. Now it is readable

 

My logo is still the same as my first entry no?
I am doing improvements in my original design after getting feedback from CH also look at your 1st design and final version
CH asked me to make improvement in my design because he is liking it and he asked me to fix O so it doesnt look SS so I just filled the gaps
CH would have mentioned in his feedback If it was copied!!!

A short explanation about my design: I created the word "ION" using various shapes and colors that represents the different groups of the company. The shape forming the letters expresses the unity of these groups.
