Business Suite "Instant Form Privacy Policy" Query

    Good morning/afternoon,

Our Business has a Facebook page and Business account.

We are trying to set-up "Instant Forms" for leads and require personal information (Name, address, phone) for invoicing and shipping purposes.

We are happy to use a Privacy Policy per the requirements, but the form does not allow for a text policy, only a link to a webpage.

We do not have a live website to link.

How can I achieve respecting the Privacy rights of citizens and submitting a policy, but not have a website?

    We are located in Australia.

    Thankyou,
    Mal

Can you put the document on dropbox and share the link to the document?

Google drive is also a good option where you can create PDF or word file of your policies and other conditions. Change sharing options and send link to client. If you are using gmail to contact client then can find some Addons to create form in mail with policy text or link to your policies.
