Creating A Business PayPal Account - LLC

    I have an LLC, but as I clicked on the Upgrade button and want to upgrade to the business account, I have to fill in information.

    For the business type, I have these options:
    • Individual
    • Sole Proprietorship
    • Partnership
    • Corporation
    • Non-Profit Organization
    • Government Entity
    Which should I choose if I have an LLC?

    i don't think it matters terribly, i run an affiliate and service business that i pay taxes on and use paypal records as part of my reporting. i choose sole p. and never had any issues. i gave the business name as an LLC but i never filed. don't think you should have much trouble with it :D good luck to you.

    This might be unpopular advice but, I wouldn't be including Paypal in your business modal at all. They can revoke access and processing facilities at any moment as well as lock any funds you have in the account at the time.

    Paypal seems great, which is - for the buyers. Chargeback rates are crazy high and let's not start with the fees.
