    I created free php scripts directory website
    I created it from scratch

    I tried to offer something different by adding screenshots for all scripts
    I also added some other free webmaster tools like free web hosting and free domain names providers

    Your site isn't responsive so you need to rethink the design. I don't much like the design either so having a rethink is a good idea.

    I took a look at http://www.free-php-scripts.com/Concrete5_58.html

    Your start your description with the licensing - that should be down the bottom. Then you start a sentence with "Our", does that mean Concrete5 is also your creation? Do you support it?

    For something you created from scratch it looks very like a lot of directory scripts and your point of difference with the screenshots might not enough to lift you above your long-established competitors.

    It looks dated and therefore I'd expect the scripts to be old as well.
