    Hundreds thousands of jobs on the site already and I thought it would have been to expensive to host that many pages on private server so I used blogger instead.

    The domain has been with me for a while now and I couldn't sell it as a domain so built a job board instead.

    Can you also give me tips on how to sell it?

    To process a transfer of a whole website you need to follow few setps.
    • Transfer ownership of the domain to the buyer account
    • Send files of website including db to the buyer
    • Buyer have full ownership of the content and you not allow to use it anymore.
    Few domain registrars support ownership change of the domain, if yes the buyer need to open account with the same registrar for transfer.

    The design doesn't really do much for me. I'd suggest finding a nice template. When it comes to job search sites minimalist designs / templates work best.
